The Westin Denver Downtown

I really did not like the hotel

there was no printed guest services book, no room service menu, no phone book. The front desk manager and operations manger were argumentative when we complained. We will never stay at a Westin again. Really a terrible experience

A wide array of great food. Upscale and ideal rooms with plenty of power ports and nice views, as for instance, top-notch service. Great location for our visit to a shopping mall not too far away from the hotel.

It just makes you feel like your in a classy place.

It would be nice if you had a heated pool.

The room was upscale and had an awesome view of the downtown. The setting was quite great within easy reach of Lodo.

The hotel didn't get my reservation from Booked.net. The staff was very nice though and honored the rate that I said I had booked and gave me a room.

Comfortable bed, convenient location, with easy access to local attractions just a short walk away.

The location is perfect for visiting local breweries and Union Station. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was really friendly. Just a heads up, the pool was small but the views were awesome. I'd recommend staying if you want a good night's sleep after a fun day!

The only downside was that two of our friends faced issues with their original room reservations. They were given king beds instead of doubles, which wasn't what they requested. It caused some hassle during check-in, but we managed overall.

Couples looking for comfort and basics

So I had booked a Beautiful King Room with City View, nice setup. The staff, they were friendly enough, helped me out when I needed room service late at night. Even when they were swamped, they didn't leave me hanging.

Not the most affordable spot tho, you know.

The heated indoor/outdoor pool was a real treat. The room was spacious with a cozy bed. The location is spot on for visiting local bars and breweries, which I loved. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. I did encounter issues with the internet. It cut out occasionally, annoying . The pool was under maintenance, which I didn't know ahead of time, so that was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, it was a nice weekend overall.

great access to parks and popular attractions

I loved the ease of walking to Civic Center Park and the 16th Street Mall. The friendly staff was a highlight of my stay, helping me feel right at home during my two nights there.

The room was huge, clean, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I also loved the fitness center and easy access to local breweries during this summer holiday.

Comfortable stay with great amenities

The location is perfect, just a short walk from Union Station and many great restaurants. One downside was the pool area. It was quite crowded, and I had difficulty finding a chair to relax in.

Fantastic location near attractions with thoughtful staff.

The westin has a great fitness center with state-of-the-art machines and a lovely heated indoor/outdoor pool. It was perfect. Plus, it's close to downtown attractions.
